The so-called brushing is actually a repair process, for example, if there are scratches on the surface of the metal, then it can be drawn through the drawing machine to produce a consistent scratch on the surface, so that the original scratch can be drowned out, so that drawing has both the effect of removing scratches on the surface of the metal sheet and the effect of beautifying the appearance of the metal sheet, which can be said to be two birds with one stone.

Straight wire drawing refers to the processing of a straight line pattern on the surface of aluminium sheet by mechanical abrasion. It has the dual role of brushing away the scratches on the surface of the aluminium sheet and decorating the surface of the aluminium sheet. Straight wire drawing has two kinds of continuous and intermittent wire patterns. The continuous wire pattern can be obtained by continuous horizontal straight line abrasion of the aluminium surface with a cleaning cloth or stainless steel brush. By changing the diameter of the wire of the stainless steel brush, different thicknesses of the pattern can be obtained.

Intermittent patterns are generally obtained by brushing or rubbing on a machine. The principle of production is the use of two groups of the same direction of rotation of the differential wheel, the upper group for the rapid rotation of the grinding roller, the lower group for the slow rotation of the rubber roller, aluminium or aluminium alloy plate from the two groups of rollers through, was brushed out of the delicate intermittent straight grain.

Random wire drawing is a kind of irregular, non-obvious grain matte wire pattern obtained by moving the aluminium plate back and forth and left and right under the brushing of copper wire running at high speed. This processing, the surface requirements of the aluminium or aluminium alloy plate is high.

The wave pattern is usually produced on a brushing or rubbing machine. Using the axial movement of the upper group of grinding rollers, the surface of the aluminium or aluminium alloy plate is brushed, resulting in a wavy pattern.

The rotary pattern, also known as the rotary polish, is obtained by using a cylindrical felt or stone nylon wheel mounted on a drill press and using paraffin and polishing paste to rotate and polish the surface of an aluminium or aluminium alloy plate. It is mostly used for the decorative processing of round signs and small decorative dials.

The thread is made by using a small motor with a round felt on the shaft, which is fixed to the table at an angle of about 60 degrees to the edge of the table, and a dragging plate with a fixed aluminium press, to which a strip of polyester film with straight edges is attached to limit the thread bidding. Using the rotation of the felt and the straight movement of the dragging board, the thread pattern is rubbed on the surface of the aluminium plate with a uniform width.
